Helping you understand the aspects and stages of the project
gives you a good idea of the whole process, and allows you to play an
active role.
Be prepared
Good preparation makes a successful project. So when we first meet we'll
discuss your requirements and create a complete list of your needs, including
a list of the surfaces you want painted.
Ensuring we meet your requirements
We'll talk about the style and character of the final finish; we'll help
you select and test colour schemes; we can create mock-ups for the final
presentation; we can even use our own computer software to scope the project
and create artist's impressions of your chosen look and feel. You can
provide us with sample paints and colours, some people gather clippings
from magazines or adverts to show us their preferred styles.
Getting started on time
A couple of days before the project is due to begin we'll give you a call
to confirm the starting time and date. This courtesy call ensures we begin
at the agreed time on the agreed date, and it'll give you peace of mind
to know that everything is in hand.
Taking care of your property
Just as important as the paint we put on your walls, is the paint we don't
get on any other surfaces! So our quote will cater for the protection
of surrounding areas, access to obstructed surfaces, removing splatters,
and clean up time during and after the job. What we quote is what you
spend If you already have a budget range in mind, that's great. Otherwise
we can talk you through some options and show you what's possible for
various budgets. Either way, we'll agree and clearly itemise all project
details and costs on a quote before we begin.
The quote will confirm the:
Price
Estimated project duration
Completion date
Selected paint brands
Scheduled progress payments
Terms and conditions
You'll see that our quoting system covers every aspect of the project
